Upgrade to Motor Vehicle Traders register coming soon
An upgrade is coming to the Motor Vehicle Traders online register in late 2024.
The Motor Vehicle Traders Register portal will be upgraded later this year. This new portal is required to update our system technology and improve security. The new portal will be accessible through the Motor Vehicle Traders website.
Your registration details will automatically transfer onto the new register.
How to prepare for the portal changeover
The new online system will look different and you will need a RealMe® account to log in.
This must be done by either the registered individual, a Director, or CEO of the company.
If you have a RealMe® account, you can use this as your login for the new portal (you do not need a separate work account). If you do not have a RealMe® account, you may wish to consider creating one before we upgrade our online system. You can visit the RealMe® website for more information about creating a RealMe® account.
We recommend that you check that your registration details are up to date before October. For companies, this includes making sure all directors and CEO’s are listed correctly to match the Companies Office register.
We will contact you closer to the time with more information on how to connect your RealMe account to your information in the new register.
